On-site Engineer Repair
One of our specialist Field Service Engineers will attend site, carryout full diagnostics to isolate the fault and implement a repair. If any parts are required a quotation will be provided and authorisation in the form of a Purchase Order will be required before proceeding with the call.
- Engineer targeted to be on-site within 3 - 5 working days
- Callout charge inclusive of first hour onsite
- Additional hourly charges
- Travel inclusive
- All parts chargeable
Upon completion of the repair, MerIT-Solutions would be happy to provide you with a quotation to cover the machine under a Service Contract.
EPOS & High Volume Services
MerIT-Solutions provide a unique High Volume service solution for any large estate of common IT device.
This service solution includes volume based cover for EPOS (Electronic Point of Sale), barcode scanners, desktop printers, retail banking products, chip and pin, cash drawer, wireless infrastructure and PDA devices.
